There are multiple people on server 9 that already have 4-star Olaf. How is this possible? Currently, it appears that the only way to unlock him is through the January sign-up rewards. And since we’re not very far through the month yet, even with double rewards for VIP, we should only have unlocked the full hero and 14 chips. Yet, someone multiple people have managed to get enough chips to evolve him to 4-stars already? How is this possible?

If someone have max stared most of the heroes. It could be possible for them to get olaf chips in bundles, like 100 chips for a price.
