TheGrillFather mentioned yesterday that the correction would apply to the surge starting today, and that compensation for the missed gold from the past two days would be sent out afterwards:

Hopefully we’ll get that compensation tomorrow.

I’d prefer to have the friend campaigns made more reasonable in terms of opponents first, and then have more friend stamina second. No point in having lots of stamina if I’m roadblocked in most of the friend campaigns I’m trying to pass…

We’re working on a fix for friendship campaign difficulty in the next update! More info to come for the 5.7 patch notes in a few weeks.

Are you working on visual hero bugs for 5.7 too?

Could be possible to add button to Max Level in single click, just like with skills? On the side.


I hate upgrading levels for all +210 heroes every 4 weeks. Currently each hero requires 3 clicks to max level, reducing it to 1 click will make it much faster.

And if possible max level for multiple heroes at once.

Are there any plans for an refresh on friendship stamina similar to the refresh on regular stamina?

Do we need to send in a support ticket about the 0% surge bonus or do you guys have the list of the affected players already?:thinking:

5+ years in, I would expect trials and ports to always be a faceroll. However the new levels keep including new heroes like Dante.

I mean we aren’t new. Most of us have a lot of heroes at max rank, max level, max friendship stars and badges, patches, mods, battle badges, collection bonuses, cosmetic rewards, etc…

I shouldn’t have to just give up on 3* red team trial when I have 12 red heroes at Emerald+2 to choose from but that’s where I am. Maybe there’s some red heroes somewhere on the roster that I haven’t powered up that can counter Dante but at this point the ones I have invested in SHOULD BE ENOUGH.

Port and team trials at this point should not be ramping up in difficulty!

We have the list, we’re just looking into tier multipliers, which is difficult since they were bugged during this time. We’ll likely do a mass comp based off of server average, since looking at each guild’s historical data would take too much time and we’d like to comp everyone as soon as we can!

That’s very nice news.

So, basically taking the amount of power each player beat on one or both days, and multiplying by an “average” tier multiplier? I hope all the inactive guilds that don’t participate in surge don’t end up dragging the average down…

Just give everyone a 200% bonus :wink: or 290% that wouldn’t be even high.

Affected players with a 0 multiplier for both days (November 14th & 15th) will be receiving rewards of missing banked Guild gold multiplied by an average multiplier (slightly over-estimated to account for frustration this has caused), as well as missed Bonuses. Players who had multipliers other than 0 during this time period are not considered affected and will not be getting the adjustment.

Any other granularity past this will be too complicated, and we’d like to rectify this ASAP. We’re still working on getting the comp list completed with these calculations, so I apologize for the already long wait!

Does this mean that players who got gold for one of the days but not for the other aren’t getting compensation? I wouldn’t mind waiting longer if it meant getting something to everyone who was affected, even if they were only affected half as much as my guild was.

Comps are out. You don’t have to be affected both days to qualify, as long as either day or both days had 0 multipliers. There are a few players that hit errors, we will investigate why gold couldn’t successfully send to them.

May I just for more tier 2 patch essence being given out in deals and “correcting” the amount gotten via franchise trials.

Cause after some time all accounts will look like this:

It’s very unhelpful, but PB have said that they have no plans to scale Patch Essence properly
