I got this reply too after I sent support another message that it wasn’t corrected. I’m not sure if that means tomorrow’s refresh or the one from today earlier. They sent me the original reply that my refresh number had been rectified before today’s daily refresh, but then it wasn’t. They said to send in ANOTHER ticket tomorrow if the number is still wrong.
We may have found the issue and a solution as to not disrupt any progress you’ve already made in the Prize Wall. Sorry about that! Please give us some time to rectify; as for now, please feel free to keep playing the prize wall as normal.

Raising my team level is not increasing the stamina storage cap - is this intended or not?
This is a long-known but very infrequent bug.
@TheGrillFather, is there anything we can do to help the team track down and correct this problem? Does the team need to look at the logs while the affected surge is still active? Would submitting a support ticket each time this happens give the team more data to track down the cause?
Why all of a sudden, the max amount of raid all has been reduced by half?
Even with previous double drop event, the max raid has always been 300k, not 150k. Is this due to the lag in game? Because obviously it has gotten way more serious ever since the new rank
I couldn’t even open gold crates (5 free daily ones) until I reset my game. Don’t even want to think about the next rank after this…
They temporarily lowered in an effort to help with the lag
