Bolt would be a good hero to have in this game since he was a hero in his movie and would make a good crowd control or dmg champion

Normally I’d point to the fact Bolt was only a movie star and never actually had all those super powers…
… But then looking at Woody and Buzz’s friendship, somehow Buzz’s laser became real when they appeared in the city. So they could just as easily give Bolt his powers and put it up to the mysterious properties of this city
