In addition to having Kevin and Quorra, it would be nice to be added to Tron’s Tron Legacy and have double-disc attacks as seen in the movie.
And another character named Anon from the Tron Evolution game, just to vary a bit more.

Okay firstly if you are going to take somebody’s concept you should give credit to them AND ask for permission to make this kind of post. This was someone who had made a concept using my outline which was one of the biggest complements I have had since making these concepts.
Secondly if you are going to use something make sure to disclose it from the very first post and to actually use all of it. Not just the bits you want.
I would post the link to the person who actually made this but would be unsure if that would be breaking the rules of the forum but the fact that this topic even exists is insulting on so many levels.

I’mma just make a little Skillset, see if it matches to your liking.
White: “Extreme Accuracy”, he throws his Light Disc, hitting the frontmost enemy, ricocheting off the others 7 times before returning. Deals Normal Damage.
Green: “Stasis Mode”, he stands still, gaining Energy and Healing.
Blue: “The Art of Melee”, he slashes the frontmost enemy with his Light Disc. Deals Fantastic Damage.
Purple: “Focused Corruption”, each hit with “Extreme Accuracy” has a higher chance to Crit.

It’s understandable that you are excited about a character and if you find one that resonates with you feel free to share it as long as it is ok with the original creator.
If none have the character you want then make one yourself. I don’t mean to sound harsh there is just a right way and a wrong way to do things and this is most assuredly the wrong way.

Also, as a side note, next time you try doing something like this, at least ask first and make it clear that it isn’t yours. This thing took me a little less than a month to do, so it’s not cool seeing it stolen.
Hey man, I’m the guy who made this concept. The skillset I came up with (using Kinokan’s outline) looks like this:
Character quote: silent badassery (because he never once says anything in TRON: Evolution)
Character description: Anon is a mostly close-quarters combatant with a few long ranged tricks up his sleeve.
Normal attack: Anon attacks with a punch and a swing of his disk.
When he emerges victorious, Anon celebrates by placing his disk on it’s rightful place on his back, and the blue glow turns to white.
When defeated, Anon falls to the ground on his back, his glow fades away, and finally is derezzed.
Estimated stats at Lvl 80 - 3* P3:
HP: 32k Basic
Damage: 2600
Skill Power: 3700
Armor: 1200
Reality: 2300
Normal Crit: 100
Armor Negation: 120
Conservation: 40%
Improved Healing: 20%
White Skill: Extreme Accuracy
Anon demonstrates his skills with a disk by throwing his at the furthest enemy from him. (Chance to miss on high-level enemies)
Green Skill: Stasis Mode
Anon deals low damage to nearby enemies by using a disk upgrade, stunning them for 5 seconds. (Stun Effect failed on high-level enemies)
Blue Skill: Art of Melee
Anon unleashes a powerful attack on a single enemy, knocking them back in the process, and gains Speed Up for 5 seconds.
Purple Skill: Focused Corruption
If Anon is critically hit, he slowly drains the health from his enemies for 5 seconds, adding on to his own. (Chance to fail on high-level enemies)
Friendship Disks:
Lvl 95: Kevin Flynn
Creator’s Guard
350+15DL Basic Damage
Anon now has increased Speed and Damage, which is doubled if Kevin Flynn is in battle with him.
Lvl 82: Quorra
Survival Specialists
120+20DL Armor and 100+50DL Improved Healing
Anon’s Focused Corruption now lasts 10 seconds, and can grant him shield up for 3 seconds. This is shared with Quorra if she is in battle with him.
