Where is the Rapscallion NPCs ?

They are found in various game modes where it is PvE battle, such as the normal, elite, and (certain) friend campaigns. They can also be found in Heist.

Here could I find the Canon npc and the blue/purple purrickly pear npc?
I found lots of cannons in chapter 11 of the campaign

While the challenge may not be dead, this topic most definitely is, given that it has not had any activity in over 4 years.
