The Louie chips are actually a step up considering he is a diamond exclusive (correct me if im wrong)
I wouldn’t hold my breath.
I suppose a bad deal is better than a completely pointless one, if you want to get technical about it.
His chips were in the last few contests, as a 500K checkpoint. And he was released around a month ago. Enough time to get him.

Hmm I don’t think Louie is that good.
But even if he was the strongest character, 10 chips aren’t worth it. It has been offered with much better heroes, and it was still a huge disappointment…

On the older servers, there’s been one really good guild gift (diamond crates), one pretty good one (gold, the first one), two mediocre ones (badge tokens), and everything else has been stuff that 60-90% of players would never use.
Guild gifts could have been a good way for P2W players to give a little help to F2P guildmates, but PerBlue has decided they’d rather use them to get a little money while giving resources that will mostly go unused.

on the younger servers (21-22) all the GGs are GARBAGE!
