I was going to play on my main account this morning, which my main account has basically all the heroes and it took a lot of time to get to where I am on my account, and now this morning my account is just gone, replaced with a bunch of accounts that are level 1 or haven’t even done to tutorial part yet. Please someone fix this this is the 3rd time somthing like this has happened 
My account is gone as well. It’s my server 2 account it’s disappeared??

Don’t worry, they are fixing server 2. Your accounts are fine.
I just saw the community manager post. They are trying to fix the issue. I think the server might’ve went down because of bugs.
Hi there! Server 2 is down while we work on the account issues. You should have a banner on the top of the forums too that states this. I deleted those conversations in the “Community Manager” thread as they were off topic. I’m also going to close this thread since it’s been answered. Don’t worry though your account will be back!
