I have an issue with my accounts. I have a very low level new account on server 1. I played a bit in it this morning and now when I want to go back to my main, I click on account and there is an empty screen that says manage accounts. Nothing else. My accounts are not there. I want my main account, it’s the only one I really play. My heroes are yellow 23 at level 350. How can I get back to it? I have different accounts on different servers from a year or two ago when the game bugged. Even this is not accessible. I can only stay in this low level account.

Why is my post hidden? Was it against the rules to ask that? I didn’t know.

I’m having the same issue with my account on server 23, a new account was automatically created on server 25 and I can’t switch back.

It wasn’t.
There is maintenance, so for now servers are unavailable, apart of S1.

But my account is on server 1 and I can’t access it. It started before they announce the server maintenance.
It’s fine now. It went back to normal for me. Thank you

Please submit a support ticket through the game if you are still having trouble accessing your main account.
