Acount consolidation

I already submitted my ticket regardin my acount consolidation but i still havent got a response and its been about a week now

Well man it didnt work i kept talking to them through support and they said that they didnt find my account consolidation request now im stuck with extra two accounts i was plannin to consolidate with my third account so now i have 5 accounts two of them i dont want

Take screenshots of your original request, and send those screenshots to support from the same account the request came from.

I cant find it cause they already closed the ticket and opened a new one when i tried asking about it there.they told me to contact them through the same account i did the consolidation with so i had to close it and open a new one

This is actually sucks i kept talking to them for over a week and they did nothing
