I have millions of gold, so I need a better way of spending gold while Playing, especially my reliance on raiding.

I mentioned before that slider would have been better than buy 100. And also would take less space. There could even be “Buy 10” and “Buy 100” buttons below the sliders…
Or just “10”, “100” above and “Buy” below it.

I am not a Whale. Why would I spend my gold on Gold Crates? How are Gold Crates a good Investment?
Opening the Gold crate will also reward you with useful badges like Wicked Beats.
If you buy the 100 gold crates package, it gives you various badges and hero chips.
Gold crates are not good investments but sometimes you have absolutely nowhere else to spend gold. Even a free player like myself has 10 billion gold. Without more xp potions, you can’t raise levels so you can’t spend on skills…and even if you have enough xp potions, it’s still pointless since you’ll never have enough stamina to take these characters above orange, so you’ve still spent gold in a pointless way. I have tons of maxed level, maxed skills characters I can’t use because their color/rank is too low. So I might as well buy gold crates.
And for contests where you need to spend gold, it would be nice to have a quick way to spend a billion gold instead of spending all day doing so

Exactly; compared to the market rates, spending a billion gold for several hundred apiece of the pre-Purple badges is a poor deal, but compared to having that money doing nothing in your inventory, it’s a steal.
For players who, for whatever reason, still struggle with gold, though, it’s true that gold crates aren’t worth buying.

If your new to the game and you start in a new server I highly suggest to buy gold crates because it’s a good way to unlock 1 star heroes. By doing this you are able to unlock most of the 1 star heroes and are able to use this in the missions where it will give you gems. So it’s a great way to get the heroes if your new like me in 25. But in my main server in 24 I don’t primarly use it even though I have millions of gold because of what the others say. And for people saying that they’re not a whale so I don’t have gold. My answer to that is I’m a f2p player and you just need to work hard to get that gold. But basically gold crates are good for new players. And not that bad for max level guys like me. Because you can get badges like what others say.

What are the techniques I an unaware of?
be in a relatively active guild at an appropriate power level, and hit Surge regularly, and you should never be short on gold.

I just use raiding for my gold…
What I do is basically just work hard. You can reach max level even if you’re a f2p player. You just need the right strategies. First of all I always save for the next cap raise. You need to save the double bags and other goodies. Another thing is to work on 15 toons ONLY. Because if you do what some people do levelling up 40 toons and expecting them all to reach Yellow as a f2p is impossible. But basically just save your stam and if a double drop event happens use your stam asap. Also another thing I did was I went to a top 5 guild at the time (currently I’m in Full out panic i
Exactly, because with millions of gold, its just time consuming to just spam but 100.

I am often gold poor because I am F2P.
Oh, I work hard. And I often have a few million gold, but Skills can wipe you out.
