Adjustments made for wrong event

The event we have is not the one originoally planed and I understand that happens. What I do not understand is why the game seems to be giving me everything I need for the building event when I have a purple bits event.

At first I thought i was nuts and that it is just RNG, I mean every reset of my market has been green, blue and white items. I have seen 1 purple bit since the event started. The black market then came up finally today and I am thinkng “finally a few bits will be a nice help for this event.”

This is now looking like PerBlue set up the RNG for a different event and it is annoying me. I stand up for you as a company that mistakes happen, but messing with the RNG, seeing as my drop rates on purples have also seem to plummeted, the black market was the last straw though.

Not a single purple… This is getting to be absurd. I try and try to give the benefit of the doubt, but even in Vagus they would question someone rolling snake eyes for two days in a row.

Would any perblue members like to defend this… (must keep my words appropriate) FARCE?

And another market reset with NO purple shards… this is going beyond farce and bordering on abuse of RNG

This just sounds like a string of bad luck combined with unfortunate timing. I don’t think the company has throttled anyones rng on markets. If you were in a guild that had extra market slots that would improve the odds but I don’t think this is anything nefarious at work.

As for drop rates for purple bits that again could just be a bad roll. If you farm a couple places in chapter 6 that have 2 purple drops that could help and it costs less energy.

On top of that fairy lanterns have a chance to drop 2 bits in one raid. I’m not saying PB is a perfect company and haven’t made events specifically made to nickle and dime people e.g. Fortify the Network. I just don’t think this is part of that.

Thats true tho. I try to get purples BECAUSE my HEROES require them now but i cant cause of RNG. I need RNGesus

I found today black market with 6 purple badges, 4 of them was for gold.
This means is all about luck.

You say luck yet I got the 8 different Dimond boxes and all… That’s right ALL were blue badges. That’s not luck that’s the game messing with me

It’s all luck, sometimes I’ll get not a single one; on other occasions there will be 3 of them; and some offering 2 or 3 bits in the one package.

No actually that’s to be expected. The diamond crates you get from events are single roll versus the improved drop rates of buying 10 diamond crates including one guarenteed hero. Statistically blue badges are the most common things to get from a single diamond crates. So that’s not the game messing with you thats the game giving you the most common outcome.

Now once again PB does not have a great track record when it comes to favoring p2w over f2p but them messing with the RNG is not part of it and even if it was it’s not something that can be proven. Your string of bad luck is not something to blame on the developer as that’s just par for the course in these types of games.
