Hello! So um…I have this problem since i played the game for the first time, and i don’t know how to resolve it. Is it normal that most of those type of ads doesn’t work on Android or anything…?
To be more specific on the subject, the Unity Ads are playing, but the video doesn’t load, it just skips to the “Install me!” moment. Once i pressed the cross, i didn’t obtained the reward…

Are you sure you have a good working internet connection?

Well the internet connection is alright, i have all bars, sometimes four bars, so i don’t really think it’s because of that 
I’m still wondering what’s going on at the moment, i know that this kind of issue is “fixed” when i reinstall the game completely and yet, it comes back so, i’m kinda out of options in here. I can’t have the daily “Raid Ability” and opening Ad Crates anymore, unless i reinstall the game again and again…

Hmm in that case I’m not sure what the issue could be. You could probably best try to contact Support about this.
Maybe they also know on what software the ads run or something?
