When opening any ads (whether it’s the videos sections or using crates), the videos will not give any prizes or say that the crate or video was completed to give said prize. It’s been over two weeks. So I cannot get any tickets, multi raid ability, crates, etc. The game has been deemed useless for me to play at this point until this is fixed. I have submitted a ticket and it went nowhere. They claim they know the issue but when I tell them the issue they claim is not the issue they ask for additional information. When I ask what additional information they need they close the ticket. I’ve clean the cache and would like to keep playing but the devs really need to get their stuff together. Also FIX THE ELITE RAID. FOR GOD SAKE.
