"Agent Call" - Perry Likely Concept

Description: Don’t be fooled by his cute appearance. This little platypus will make you curse the day you crossed him.

Entrance: Perry walks in position as Perry the Platypus. (See White Skill)
Basic Attack: Perry the Platypus has no basic attack. Agent P jumps and kicks the closest enemy dealing X damage. (See White Skill)
Victory: Perry the Platypus just blinks. Agent P touches his hat.
Defeat: Perry the Platypus has no defeat animation, as he can never be defeated. Agent P hides his hat and becomes Perry the Platypus.
Skills:
White Skill: Agent Call
✊Normal DamagePassive: While Perry is platypus, he is untargettable by enemies and all his allies have their reality increased by 80%.
Active: Perry wears his fedora hat and becomes Agent P. Agent P jumps at the front line and kicks the front most enemy, dealing X damage, knocking them back and blinding them for 6 seconds.
Perry changes between Platypus and Agent P each time the skill activate.
Blind has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Green Skill: Fedora Fetch
✊Normal DamageAgent P tosses his fedora hat, which bumps among the three enemies with the most energy, dealing X damage to each one and stunning the last one for 8 seconds.
Stun has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Blue Skill: O.W.C.A
Agent P taps his wristwatch contacting with the O.W.C.A. increasing all allies’ attack speed by 50% for 10 seconds and granting to all Damage heroes Precise for 6 seconds.
Purple Skill: Doing Much
While Perry is platypus, he grants to the front most ally invincibility. When he becomes Agent P, the ally stops being invincible and the enemy with the most skill power, gets Studied for 7 seconds.
Study has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Red Skill: Gear of the Spy
When Perry become Platypus, he charms the enemy that last damaged him for 6 seconds.
‘Fedora Fetch’ decreases the attack speed of all enemies it bumps by 80% for 8 seconds.
Perry heals himself each time he damages a stunned enemy.
