I’m on chapter 1 and it’s hopeless. Miguel is as helpful as a wet fart and Alice cant do damage fast enough before the clock runs down on account of a self healing Sully. Both my characters are Orange level 109 and 106 respectively.
Try upgrade skills & promote them higher, orange isn’t so high

Miguel is helpful actually, bc he can reduce Sulley’s armor (since he has some after his buff). Also turn off auto. I’m doing that campaign too, my heroes aren’t much stronger than yours yet I beat chapyer 1 easily
