October give 6 heroes.
Miguel - sign in hero (ready to send to game any time) - support hero
Malifacent (???), Hades (dmg hero), Ursula (control hero), Scar (tank)- ??? After 17th October
Mickey Mouse (magic theme) - (high likely)VIP after 17 October
And I guess during December we will get Beauty and Beast heroes.

Wait, Miguel can’t be sign in for October. Each sign in hero has to be sign in in for two months, Aladdin came in September, he needs one more month before the next sign in hero comes

No sign in character will be there for 2 months & over.
I thought Tia was two months
I can’t remember actually…Maui was definitely 1.
On a semi-related note, I would much prefer to have the sign in and guild crate character change every month. Keeping them in one spot for an extended location is quite boring, makes the 5* too easy. Looking at you Jack Jack & Violet, hopefully that was just during beta and won’t be repeated.

XD yah I did get Jack Jack to three star but I started the game late so yah… Also besides him I guarantee the other were one month.
Violet(?) and JJ was for 2 months.
Now all new 1 star heroes are sign in heroes for 1 month, then are available in crates and camp/shops.
Finnick should stay in guild crate to update 1.5, nobody care about him, at least players have chance to do something with him. Sadly he is needed in so many friendships.

We only know that these villains are coming to the game in some form - Miguel is the only one we know will be playable. Personally I’m hoping for enemy boss battles against the villains
