I see unfair that the new heroes have more power than the old, there should be more equality and more when you have the same power.

Yes, I do think that’s that problem that this game is facing. New heroes power creeping the older ones. The older heroes that have yet to be refreshed need to be refreshed so that they can be in line with the newcomers. The new heroes should also have some nerfs (and buffs for some) to be more balanced.

Or just make them all even and let mods badges and discs make the difference
That won’t majorly balance old heroes, as their stats and damage are relatively weak.
We know some characters are getting a refresh in June, so help should be coming for some older heroes. :-).

Robin Hood will be refresh in June, Quorra lost in the pool so I assume she won’t be refreshed this time around.
