My dear friend, slow is a DEBUFF.
Disables are DEBUFFS, but slow is not a disable. They are a subcategory of DEBUFFS that include: Stun, Charm, Freeze, Silence, Blind (also Ian’s Shrinking Spell and Genie’s/Merlin’s/Yzma’s Transformation).
