Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is here with his inators! With helps from his evil inators and friendly accomplices, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz will control the battlefield!

"Magnetism Magnif-inator"
Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz brings out his Magnetism Magnif-inator to attempt to reverse the rotation of the Earth. After doing so a Tin Foil Ball is blown toward Doofenshmirtz behind the Enemy’s side. Knocking back the frontmost enemies out of frame, dealing Normal Damage. Snaring the Enemies, and reducing the Enemy’s attack speed by 95.0% for 15.0 seconds. After that, the Magnetism Magnif-inator would self-destruct Dealing Normal Damage and knocking back all Enemies including those out of frame. Enemies would then gain 5 stacks of Fatigue, Decrease their Reality and Armor by 80.0%.
"Norm"
Norm flies across the battlefield, picking up the 3 first enemies that he comes in contact with, dealing Normal Damage, He would then fly out of frame bringing the picked-up enemies with him. After that, affected enemies would be snared and stunned for 10.0 seconds.
"Trap Tremor!"
Whenever an Enemy enters the battlefield late, They would be trapped by one of Doofenshmirtz’s traps. Dealing Normal Damage and stunning them for 15.0 seconds. This stun cannot be Evaded nor reduced by Tenacity.
Late Entrances and Enemies entering the Battlefield because they were sent out of the frame can trigger “Trap Tremor!”
"Evil Scheme"
Dr, Heinz Doofenshmirtz can make the Enemy with the Highest Skill Power and Basic Damage be late on the battlefield for 5.0 seconds. Every time an Enemy would enter the battlefield late they would gain 5 stacks of Fatigue, movement speed decreased by 50.0% for 20.0 seconds and Doofemshmirtz would gain Skill Power and Basic Damage for the remainder of the wave.
"Evil Scientist!"
Every time an Enemy gets knockback, they lose one random buff and would gain 3 stacks of Fatigue.
Doofenshmirtz and ranged allies would gain a higher attack range by 30.0% for each enemy out of the frame and would deal extra fantastic damage with their basic attacks.

Plot: Vanessa wants to go to a friend’s party even though the situation of this glitched city. Dr. Doofenshmirtz heard about Vanessa’s plan. Worried about her daughter getting attacked by creeps. He decided to follow her daughter to make sure she is safe. Dr. Doofenshmirtz can’t do this quest alone so he called a platypus for the mission.

Magnetism Magnif-inator now hits backmost enemies, if enemies are damaged by this, they would be dealt 20.0% ( +20.0% per star ) more damage, and debuffs applied would be increased by 30.0% ( +10.0% per star )

Dr. Drakken - “Broken Childhoods”
Plot: Dr. Doofenshmirtz wants to prove those who wronged him in the past. So he builds another inator yet again to take down his enemies. It always fails all the time every time he tries to do so. Dr. Doofenshmirtz decided to go to L.O.V.E. M.U.F.F.I.N to see how the evildoers are going. He noticed there is a new member in this organization. After seeing him Doofenshmirtz tries to get to know the new member better.
“Norm Weaponry Increased”
Norm now heals Doofenshmirtz by 30.0% ( +15.0% per star ) of his Max HP when he comes in contact with him. Norm now also shoots a projectile with his weaponry that would aim out of frame. It would deal Normal damage to enemies who are out of frame on that side and decrease their Reality by 20.0% ( 20.0% per star )

Animations:
Enter Animation: Doofenshmirtz walks onto the battlefield with a smug face
Lose Animation: Doofenshmirtz inator would explode in front of his face
Victory Animation: Doofenshmirtz would bring back up dancers and dance
Basic Attack Animation: Doofenshmirtz would shoot with one of his inators he carries in his pocket
“Magnetism Magnif-inator” Animation: Dr. Doofenshmirtz would pull a glitched lever, revealing the Magnetism Magnif-inator. An orange trail would appear from the Inator and the other side of the battlefield. A tinfoil ball would fly across the battlefield hitting affected Enemies. Then Magnetism Magnif-inator would self-destruct, sending out a blast.
“Norm” Animation: Norm flies from Doofenshmirtz’s side of the battlefield, he would then flies across the other side picking up enemies that might come in contact with him.
“Trap Tremor!” Animation: A Bunch of Robotic Arms would go toward the enemy’s location, locking them in place.
“Broken Childhoods” Memory Animation: Norm now returns to the screen and would shoot a green projectile that aims out of frame.
More information, to those who don’t understand what “out of frame” means it means out of camera’s view. Skills that can make Heroes go “out of frame” is Timon and Pumbaa’s Bug Run, Wall-E’s Extinguish, Kronk’s Pull the lever, etc
