Hi forumers, I rarely do posts like this but did any Disney character had suddenly been added to DHBM surprised you and didn’t expected them to come?
And this is kinda outdated since we now got Powerline, a minor character that has a few screen times, but has arrived to the game. And there might be more characters that arrive to the game unexpectedly.
Well, here is my top 5 most unexpecting characters that had been added to the game in my perspective.
#5: Young Simba & Nala
I first thought if they will add Simba, he’ll be an adult because that will be cool. But they made Simba in his younger form. That makes sense to fit the Lion King timeline because Scar is not defeated yet. And not only Simba comes, also Nala in her young version also come. I like how some characters are paired up with another to make the game more interesting.
For #4: Darkwing Duck
Darkwing seems like a random choice at first glance. It’s weird because he’s the first character from a Disney TV show that has been added to DHBM. With him being in the game, more Disney TV show characters arrive. And the Disney TV show characters that came after are also ducks like DW, and only there’s only one duck left that’s coming to the game soon.
And #3: Megavolt
Out of all of the Fearsome 5 villains, only Megavolt arrives. He is also the first villain from a Disney TV show that has arrived to the game. And he’s so far the only character in DHBM that’s from a Disney TV show that is not a duck.
Also for #2: All of the Muppets
It’s a weird but awesome choice to add these Muppets to the game. My first thoughts on them being in DHBM is that they have a very low chance of coming, even though they’re from Disney. In DHBM, before the Muppets arrived, there were no badges or references related to them. But surprisingly, they come. But only three of the Muppets come, and Kermit didn’t come to the game yet.
Honorable Mentions: Shank, Joy, Wall-E, EVE, Tia Dalma, Jasmine, Miguel, Madam Mim, Tron.
Last but not least, for #1: Megara
First of all, Megara can’t fight. At first thought when I look at the patch notes where her and Hercules are added, I thought only Hercules will come. And when the update is released, Megara became a great “Support” character in the game because of her “Link” icon. And I also like seeing more Disney couples coming to the game.
