I wasted lots of skill point also golds becaue of bug.I got apology gift lost skill point but its not enough,I wasted it more than apology gift I received even I wasted gold too.don’t retune me enough skill point and gold as I lost?why?
Really - mistakes happen - stop moaning and move on.
What would you like them to do? An apology and some items gifted back to me was more than i expected and i was stoked to get it. They cant go into every single account and replace every item. That would take forever seeing how my server alone has like 20k players.
yes I want to be enjoy in this game,I think this is worst hug since start this game
I mean like I wasted 20 skill point tickets and 3M gold but apology gift was just 9 of skill ticket.some people get return items as much as they lost, not everyone.
…Then how about you find a better solution ya smartie HOW DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO GO INTO EVE TRY ACCOUNT WHEN THEY HAVE OTHER STUFF ALREADY ON THEIR PLATE
9 skill point tickets isnt enough of an apology for those who lost 150+. Thats alot of money lost. I wasnt aware of this issue until this morning and have been grinding characters. Now it says i have 0 and i need to pay for skill points? Not okay.
So you want them to do what? Go into each individual account and check how many they spent individually and then give those exact amount back?
Understandable when having other issues on their plate, but if a user sends a message to support stating they had a large amount of skill points and they were lost during a bug like this - it should be investigated and not dismissed. Its poor customer service. Ive been burned before by customer service for bugs that have depleted inventory. Being a paid customer, its a bit ridiculous in some circumstances - especially this one. If theres a large ratio given the “apology” refund given - investigate it.
And btw for those of you saying move on thurs guy is absolutely right and even worse the bug is still happening so refunded skill points is cool but fix the bug so it stops happening because it’s not fixed
