The patch notes say that the server will be down starting at 2pn cst. I have been getting a “server will be down shortly” message and can’t get on since 12pm cst. Is the displayed time wrong?

the update was postponed to 2 PM CST, but for some reason the update was made available in the app stores and those who updated early could no longer get in.

PerBlue wants the app update in the stores before updating the server because they have less control over, and knowledge of, when the app stores will have the update available. It’s just that this time there was an issue with updating the server that delayed it a couple of hours.
