Hey everyone. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the app being unable to open. Unless there’s some sort of glitch that’s developed since last night, I can’t figure out what my next move is. Restarted phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, and still when i open the app it opens the initial black screen then quickly shut down the app. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It worked fine just an hour ago so it must be an issue with the servers.

Ok, I’m glad it’s not just me! (although I’m sorry it’s happening to you guys too) I guess it’s just a matter of playing the waiting game.
Same issue. Is this the only way we have to tell the admins?
I usually play in the morning before work. I hope it comes back soon.

Yes, that’s exactly what’s happening. I restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded it. It looks like it’s open in my list, but I just get a black screen for a second and then my main menu screen again.
Same. Black screen - every so often I will see “Disney” but then crashes. Mostly just black screen and crash though - on iOS.
Same with mine it’s not opening either. Opening screen goes black then disappears. Can’t access anything.
Come to the dark side they said … yeah very dark … black screen and gone …
This Problem Is prolly on Ios…Android is workin fine to me

Yeah hate to say it but it’s only working on android by the look of it, I recently bought a new phone (iPhone) and it crashes on there like blackscreen and everything but everything is fine on this phone (android)
