Asking help for a friend

I got a friend who keeps trying to connect to the game, but keeps getting kicked out and everytime it happens it keeps creating a new account and keeps them all too, making it harder for her to get to her actual account . Must have at least 100 accounts that is not her main one by now. She has tried to contact support through the game, but the support ticket keeps getting closed out Becuase either she can’t get on to respond to it in time or for some other reason. Is there another way to contact support to help her get it resolved @Polaris?

This sounds to me like a device cache problem, advise your friend to try clearing it and/or reinstalling the game. They can then create a fresh account from scratch and connect to their backup of choice to retrieve their main account.

If their main account is not backed up and thus disappears, advise your friend to put in a support ticket with the server number, guild name & account name (and ideally account ID). They can then connect it to your friend’s backup of choice, as explained in the FAQ.

Note also that the forum can be accessed on one’s main account without going through the game first, or via any newly created account.

Will let them know thanks. Think she has tried that before, but will double check

Confirming she has tried uninstalling and reinstalling plenty of times already.
