The pace of releasing new heroes has become unmanageable, even by whales.
What’s the point? Add to the Lvl1 white heroes stash?
Where are the resources for mods, gold, xp, red skills for the 20 heroes you at least need to be able to play this game at all? (don’t forget the random off duty rotations in war and heist) Not to speak about the inevitable meticulous planing IF you plan to push a new hero to Red 12.

If you refresh your shop after the 9PM refresh then you will see the new toons.
The shops automatically refresh at 9PM, but if you refresh them earlier than that today, you’ll see the heroes change.

Oh thank you! This is a bit belated on my end, but I’m happy for you as well that more Lilo and Stitch characters came into the game 
Hopefully Lilo herself will come soon one of these days
