So, to summarise… the Special Crates were meant to be a new way to get heroes as they would be released more frequently (back in 2020).
However, now at the end of 2021 (and throughout all of 2021) it seems like a burden to go through and change heroes in the special crates.
Most recently, the rotations turned garbage. Sheriff was replaced by Helga in City Watch Crate for example and the thing is… how many people raise Helga OR need her chips after being in contest, guild crates etc. etc.
Therefore my solution is… abandon special heroes from Arena, Coliseum and City Watch Crates as they never really fulfilled the right purpose, change the items inside of the crates or outright delete them. They haven´t been good and always felt like a bottleneck.
I offer a “solution” for the “not enough spots in Elite Campaign” problem. Every cap raise change two chapters of the elite campaign to include 19 instead of 7 spots, starting with Chapter 1. Then, rotate the heroes a little to these new places. Moreover, you can also leave 19 spots instead of 7 in the Normal Campaign for Chapters 1-38.
