Badge booster crates problem

We are reaching Y12 today so logically speaking, I could get Y11 badges from badge booster crates. Yet, when I open those crates I got today, I haven’t gotten any Y11 badges

Instead, I got all useless ones. My friends gotten a lot of Y11 badges the same way but I can’t.

I have around 50 u equipped Y11 badges so the chance getting them from crates normally should be 100%

And like I said, it is happening only to me. I have checked with my guildmates and friends and no one is having the similar problem. Please check @Loutre when you are online. Thanks

Send a ticket to support please so they can look into your account. If your friends are not having issues with the badge booster crates then it does not appear to be an issue with the crates.
