Badge gone

Hello.
One of the badges went missing when I was attempting to craft the “Badge of Levitation” as a result wasting also badge bits.

The missing badge is “Baymax Patch Kit”.
I craft it with all the bits like normal, after that, I crafted Impractical Oven Mitts followed by Black Cauldron and finalizing the craft the main badge, until I realised the action could not proceed because
all of the sudden “Baymax patch Kit” is gone and so are the badge bits.

@Polaris, is there any way to check what went wrong, or something in particular with this badge? Any more details I should give?

10 giant peach bits, 10 Sea witch’s contract plan bits, 2 The perfect cast
or
2 Sea witch’s contract plan full badge
or
1 Baymax patch kit full badge.

You need two Baymax Patch Kits - Black Cauldron requires one as well.

Yep, probably you used it to craft something else. We do log all items, so send in a support ticket and the’ll be able to verify!

Oh boy, I now do feel silly for this! Was so focused on the Baymax patch kit above, completely overstepped over the one from Black Cauldron.

It checks out, thank you @Rin_the_Hateful and @Polaris for pointing it out and for your time, which ended up wasting, my apologies.

Need to pay more attention next time.
