If Baloo gets in as a character, his skill-set needs to be based around both his original Incarnation from the animated movies and his Tailspin incarnation, with the ladder being his alternate costume.

I fell like if they do add in Baloo, he would mostly just be based off what he does in The Jungle Book, but if they do add him I would expect his appearance in Talespin to be a costume for him.
When characters r made, I think Perblue bases their skillset on wot they do.
Excluding the original characters…cuz you know aome of them cannot fight within their movies…
