Basil of Baker Street Hero Refresh Concept

Yes I am back. I wasn’t making concepts for the past 4 days! All of you guys voted for me to make a Don Karnage Hero Concept. It’s not coming today because I’ve been busy a lot. I have plans for Don Karnage but I’m not realising the concept for him today. Anyways, here’s a Basil Refresh Concept. A lot of you have been asking that Basil needs a buff. I think this will work out. Anyways enjoy!

Description: With his keen deduction skills, Basil expertly scans enemies for weaknesses and dodges those ruffians who seem to harm him.

Stats:
+20% Max HP
+15% Basic Damage
+30% Armor

Skills

On The Mark
Basil scans enemies’ weak points and throws darts at them. Basil targets the enemy with the least HP with each dart, dealing damage to each enemy and studying them for 3 seconds.

+10% damage
Basil will now study enemies for 7 seconds.

This is one of Basil’s strongest skill ever! It just needs a little refresh.

Clever Concoction
Basil throws an Erlenmeyer flask at the farthest studied enemy, dealing damage over 10 seconds to enemies in an area.

+40% damage
Basil’s flask will now deal damage for over 12 seconds.

In my opinion, this is one of Basil’s worst skill. It’s very awful and useless and needs a refresh.

Good Deduction
Every 15 seconds, Basil dodges an enemy’s basic attack or skill and counters by studying the attacker for 12 seconds.

The study has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Basil has a 50% chance to steal energy and giving it to himself.
Basil will now dodge an enemy’s basic attack or skill every 12 seconds.

Closer Inspection
Basil gains energy whenever an enemy is studied.

The energy gained is less effective against enemies above level X.

Basil will now gain armor.
Removed level restriction.

Red Skill is fine.

Basil is already perfect you just making him more O.P

Also can you do a Eeyore refresh?

No way. If anything the damage needs a nerf.

The damage on this skill is fine as is but why would you increase the DOT?

Unnecessary. What Basil needs is Armor Negation.

I’ll just say this now, the damage doesn’t need any change. At least try him out before attempting to fix him…

The damage is slower then. What we want is that it’s quicker, but it is fine as is.

What it does need is to be less conditional. Which means removing that “throw at farthest enemy” part.

More like used less…

Needs a better change than this. The energy gained needs to be reduced. As of now the energy gain interferes with the use of any other skill.

Wrong. The DOT applied from his basic attack needs to change to every 3rd dart.


What about disks? They’re both flawed.

@Filadae_Djaq is right, this concept literally doesn’t solve any of Basil’s problems.

His major problems are just his disks and blue skill, dodge every 15 seconds is just a joke same as both of his disks.

Further, lack of tenacity/evasion and armor negation.
