One of my best hero Kim was ruined and is worthless now. I am still using Basil and would rather not risk it. I don’t believe them.
When we are at it, give most of the characters some form of Evasion or Tenacity IF not all. There should be some evenness in it.
If most characters had gotten 240 Evasion badge with AT LEAST Y2 (that have Evasion like non-existent and don´t have Tenacity high), it would make the starting position even. And most players would be happier IF all characters had some form of possible protection, even if sub-20%.
So there’s a badge that gives 240 evasion… any badge that grants large amounts of tenacity? (If so, KP should get it for Y1)
Edit: I forgot whether Kim is short of evasion or tenacity, but i think it’s tenacity

R19 has given 260 armor negation badge
Y1 gives 240 evasion, 265 reality negation and 250 fantastic crit badges
Nothing for low tenacity.
And… all of these badges needs Finnick and Tigger, really badly. Ralph with evasion would be good as well. Quorra needs that 265 reality negation, battle badge gives to her 50 but has none as well, so it’s useless for her.
Ok then, we need a tenacity badge that gives a good amount of tenacity and make KP better, especially since we have one for evasion already. Not to mention the reality negation and fantastic crit.

Will this issue ever be fixed… it’s just adding some badges…
So there’s a new Community Manager to ask… maybe this time something will change? 
@Loutre, could you ask the team to add these three badges to Basil? It’s been explained few times in this thread, and some others how bad is Basil, and adding 3 badges with Y4 (or Y5) rank will help someone SO MUCH…
Currently, Basil owns tons of useless stats which simply don’t work, and with Y3 he got improved healing, despite having no healing skill. 
Please send this request to the team, it’s been a year and Basil is still nowhere to be fixed, he only gets worse against newer heroes, and recently his white(+purple) skill was nerfed.

Esa insignia que otorga 240 de evasión es DEMASIADO necesaria para Scrooge. Amigo, cada vez que aparece una Mulán en el equipo enemigo tengo que cambiar de personaje, y no creo necesario explicar porqué.
Además, hay como 3 o 4 insignias azules que otorgan daño critico fantástico y negación de realidad, era tan difícil ponerselas?? También hay insignias púrpuras que dan 30 o 10 de tenacidad. De nuevo, ERA TAN DIFÍCIL AGREGARSELAS??
Lo único que le dan es daño critico normal, cosa que solo se aprovecha con su ataque básico y su habilidad roja, pero Scrooge no aplica incapacitaciones sin el disco de Hugo Paco y Luis por lo que es semi inútil en un PvP.
Me encantaría que Loutre escuchara lo que decimos por aquí, y hacerselo llegar al equipo. Es algo bastante simple de hacer, verdad??

@Loutre is the team planning to do a refresh or something? The situation gets worse every month, he always gets trash from new badges.
Have it on the Known Issues thread already that the bug is still there.

And what about bad badges, and his overall bad skillset, stats, disks (everything)?
Even if bug gets fixed…
- He won’t be once again able to use Green, Blue, and Red skill. Skillset from beginning played against himself
- Damage still will be low as he got no negation, and he will be always disabled due to lack of evasion/tenacity

- He got no way to protect himself against enemies, and no support helps him, and his blue skill is literally the worst skill in game, worse than Ralph’s
He desperately needs a solid refresh over a year now.

I don’t understand why people keep asking for Basil refresh. He is not that bad, there are tons of other heroes worse than him and in a far more dire need of refresh
Every time I face him in friend campaign, he destroys my team with his darts. Let’s not act so dramatic about 1 toon not at all terrible
The reason he does not have armor negotiation is because when he activate his darts, he kill all of his enemies
You know in friendship campaign even Ralph is a wall, Sally deals huge damage, and so on…
Basil is terrible, all of his stats and skillset just doesn’t do favour to him.

Worse… it only gets worse.
Basil owns now all bonus stats, and only two of them are working. The devs hate Basil or what?
- Fantastic Crit, Reality Negation, and Improved Healing is completely useless to him, and never will have use to him (unless refresh will change some things)
- Armor Negation, Tenacity, and Evasion which he desperately needs doesn’t work. So far there is no badge with huge tenacity boost.
Please @Loutre to pass these two badges to the team so they could add them to Basil’s Y7 set.
+extra evasion 16 badge (there’s a few of them)
