BB-9E Concept
BB-9E is a security droid for the First Order. He uses his in-built gadgets to protect his allies in the face of danger.

Skills
Disclaimer: These skills have been inspired by Star Wars: Battlefront II (2017). I have adjusted them to fit into a Disney Heroes setting.
White Skill: Shock Spin
Fantastic Damage
Passive: Every 2nd basic attack BB-9E stuns the enemy for 2 seconds.
Active: BB-9E spins until he runs out of energy emitting a shock wave. This shock deals X damage and knocks back nearby enemies every 1.5 seconds. The shock also negates the effect of every 3rd projectile that passes him.
Green Skill: Charge Up
BB-9E emits a signal that increases the attack and movement speed of all allies by 200% for 8 seconds.
Has a reduced effect on allies above level X.
Blue Skill: Smoke Screen
BB-9E sends out a smoke cloud which makes him and all allies invisible for 6 seconds.
Has a chance to fail on enemies above level X.
Purple Skill: Bacta Support
BB-9E’s basic attacks heal his weakest ally for 30% of the damage done.
Reduced effect on allies above level X.
Red Skill: Security Droid
Normal Damage
If Shock Spin is interrupted BB-9E stuns the enemy who interrupted him for 12 seconds and deals X damage.
Additionally, if Shock Spin is interrupted BB-9E activates Smoke Screen which lasts for 10 seconds.

Shock Spin heals allies in range X HP every 2 seconds.
Shock Spin gives 1 stack of hardy to allies in range every 8 seconds. (-1 second per Star)

Allies faster while invisible
+X Max HP to Allies
Allies gain 50% attack speed while invisible. (+50% per Star)
