Name: Befana (from Miraculous Ladybug)
Quote: “That’s very disrespectful, to speak up without permission. But then again, it’s quite noble of you to stick up for your friends. Okay. I shall make you a fairy.”
Description: The villainous Befana uses her pistol to punish the bad and reward the good from her skills.

Victory: Befana hoists her gun happily & sings.
Defeat: Her bike breaks down mid-air and she gets angry.
Basic Attack: Befana shoots from her gun.
White Skill: Le Befana Comes
Befana rides on her bike through all enemies, scaring all enemies for 12 seconds and dealing X fantastic damage to all enemies over 7 seconds while reducing their attack speed by 65% over the duration.
The scare from this skill is less effective if enemies are above level X.
Green Skill: Coal Time
Befana turns the closest enemy into coal, stunning them for 12 seconds and stealing 200 energy.
Blue Skill: Fairy Minions
Befana shoots a pistol at the farthest enemy, turning them into a fairy, charming them for 17 seconds, and their basic attacks deal X bonus fantastic damage.
The charm is less effective if enemies are above level X.
Purple Skill: Punishment
While driving through enemies with "La Befana Comes”, Befana now applies 1 stack of Fatigue while enemies are slowed.
The stacks of Fatigue are less effective if enemies are above level X.
Red Skill: Proper Discipline
“Fairy Minions” now charms 2 enemies.
Moreover, enemies charmed by Befana cannot gain buffs while effected by “Fairy Minions”
The buff prevention is less effective if enemies are above level X.

Is Charged When: Charm is applied to 6 enemies.
