When you open the level up slider window for Belle’s Quarra disc it pulls ‘book only cool down’ from the stars (memories) side of the disc over—it displays. And graphic displays + 0.0 seconds when you level the disc.
No impact to gameplay, this graphic does not indicate that you are upgrading the cool down. Clutter clean-up only.
