Anyone know why we have big city greens badges but no big city greens characters?

Unfortunately, badges usually don’t really guarantee characters from those series potentially being in the game. IIRC, we have badges for Tarzan, but Tarzan characters have been officially deconfirmed by PB.

Same goes for Cars, there are badges, but no characters, by PB.

That isnt what they meant, lately people have been saying “we need ___”, but not all of us need these characters, so that is why
