There was a Zurg pack with chips diamonds and rings. I paid for it and nothing happened twice so I restarted the game. It still said 1 in stock. I made the purchase again and it worked. I got the items instantly from the third purchase and the deal was no longer available.
Days later I looked at my bank activity and noticed 3x charges. So the payment went through 3 times but I only received 1 set of items.
the best thing to do here is to write in a support ticket with screenshots your purchase receipts. I’m not sure if support can refund your purchases, since you will have received Diamonds & VIP rings, but they might be able to award you 2 additional lots of the deal package.
Don’t try and request a refund from the bank / app store, that can get you banned!
I would also recommend a snapshot of your bank statement showing you got charged 3x. Cover all the important info like your bank acct. # though
