Why does the rafiki-merlin memory disk in server 18 and the Hercules-maui in server 19 does not appear?

Confirm, i’ve seen Hercules friendship disappear once Maui reach lvl 75

This is a bug that happens when the first mission needed an item that hasn’t been released on the server yet. The team is working to fix this and improve the experience.
