(Bug report) 20 server goofy

Dear all,
Goofy is not released for 20 server yet,
But we could get the goofy from hero crate event.

Also, friend of goofy disk is not activate.

Please kindly check this issues for 20server users.

Apologies for the mistake. Goofy will be released on Server 20 in the update on Tuesday.
