Bug with offers

Hy,

On server 18.

I have made a purchase today. There were 2 offers, the purple one (that all players have in common) and then appeared the red one (that appears just to selectec players). Offers were cumulative (I have read INFO to be sure, before purchasing).

After I purchased it, both disappeard (as usual) but I received just one. I immediately wrote to the customer care with an very opinionated and arrogant answer.
“There were not other active offers at the time you purchased. You got what you bought.”
So, I don’t want to be rude but… Are you telling me that i have hallucinations? I’m pretty sure what I have bought. I would never made a purchase with just one single offer. I purchased because there were two, just for that.

I have not made screenshot cause you know, I’m not a suspicious person. And I think it will be insane to make screenshot every time I buy something. I have been playing for months and I have ALWAYS purchased cumulative offers. But you know, bugs can happen… mistakes can happen…

But I’m shocked which answer I got from customer service, and the fact that they don’t want to solve it in any way. You know how this is called in my country? Fraud. I paid for a service that I did not get.

I hope you will check out again, or I’m done with the game. It is not the whim of a child, It’s just that I work to gain my money, and be treated like a mad person that see things that are not real… No, thank you.

We spend Money on this game, and what Just happened Will surely discoursge many guildmates (as i am for you LadySansa) from buying Diamonds again with 2 active offers. (Even with Just One) You know, Money doesn’t grow Upon Trees. Some High grade of costumer service could please help solving in the best way this accident?

I was togheter with LadySansa when she made the purchase and I confirm that there were 2 Active offers. You have to verify again more carefully pls.

This has happened so many times to me. I’ve given up hope that pb is anything but a cash collection company. They owe me thousands of gems and items. Get your money back from Apple. Write customer service and let the know the items in the iap were not as advertised then let your congressman know about this company ripping off players so they can get laws passed to protect players. Virtual goods cost money, this is not a slot machine

If there was an error with a purchase, we can verify that in the logs and send any items that were missing. We aren’t here to scam people or mislead them with events. When there’s a problem with a purchase, we do make it right.

I can confirm that PerBlue have resolved all purchases that I made that didn’t come though initially.
I’ve had this twice and on both occasions, after raising a ticket, I was provided the bonus loot I purchased (the next day) - after they made their log checks.

Where I can see logs?

Cause we both have seen the offer with our eyes but Offer has appeared and I immediately made the purchase. The customer service replied that there were no active offers. It was an offer with 200 Gaston chip + some other stuff.

I really feel like I’m being scammed. And I have spent a lot of money for this game
