Bugged Hero Chip Crates

I already put a ticket in for this but was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

I was online right at the 1pm refresh of the special crate.

The special crate is a hero chip crate. Looking at it, I saw Quackerjack in the first spot and immediately went to purchase a 10 crate with diamonds.

Instead of hero chips, I got red skill chips. And only 3 crates worth of them.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Hero or Red Skill chips?

The Hero chip crates have popped up in game but the hero pictures show red skill chips not hero chips. Can someone confirm which you get as need 100 Quackerjack chips but not his red skill chips? Looks like there is an error with it and it should not have red skill chips so that is being fixed. Thank you guys so much for reporting!

If you bought a crate, contact support so they can refund the diamonds
