I cannot log into my game. Every time I do I get the message “content update failure”. I already updated the game. My phone has the newest update. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Several times. I’ve restarted my phone. Several times.
Nothing works. It’s also happening to my sons game. But my husbands game is fine, he can play no issues.
Anyone else have this problem?
Same issue here. I can only log in via cellular network. Will not work on WiFi. It worked for a few hours after the update, but not anymore.
@Polaris already followed all of those steps multiple times. Does not fix the issue. It’s wifi only and once I’m in the game I can switch on my wifi and it usually works. it’s really tedious and annoying. It’s a larger issue than you think.

@Quigsley The logs on your account indicate something on the wifi network is blocking access to the game or there’s a misconfigured DNS server on the network. Are you playing from somewhere new, or at school/work?
@Polaris no where new. It’s my home Wifi. I’ve rebooted my wifi but that didn’t do anything. This is the only app I’m having an issue with. when I have the issue I can clear the log in screen on my cellular network than switch to wifi and it works. However, I just tested again and wifi is now working again in the log in screen. No idea what changed in the last 15 minutes
Hi,I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, I’m having a similar issue i cant get into the game it gets frozen on loading page. I have completed the Google play update it just won’t let me in the game since the update.i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling,i have made plenty of space on my tablet,i have tried restarting my tablet,i can’t switch to mobile data so I’m hoping there is another way to resolve this glitch
