Game will not allow me to spend my money to buy diamonds or packs, I am upset because I feel that I am missing out on latest goods and deals. I have already spent a small mint in this game to get a competitive edge. Now with new updates my characters needs this and I am falling behind fast in a game that I genuinely fell in love with. Please help !e make this right and fast. I’m sure you are very busy working on various bugs, but I am losing out fast and hard here… I am on server 19 I believe. And I spent good hard earned cash to boost myself to where I am now. Please fix this issue, or in the meantime compensate me with some trinkets , really need some more stamina here . Any way thanks for taking the time to read this, this is the only other game I play besides a few on PlayStation. And just so you know , I have been constantly going back and trying to make purchases since 5pm est. Yesterday. I am still going at it frantically hoping to squeeze in these last stamina deals. @PresidentDTrump I really don’t know what to tell you, except to write a ticket to support. However I don’t think they can do anything until morning. I do remember there was something about a bug involving support. Otherwise @Polaris could hopefully answer your questions when they come on later on in the morning.

Do you have the game backed up with Google & or FaceBook? If so I would go to the play store & do a new download of the game. If you don’t have DHBM backed up with Google & or FaceBook I wouldn’t try it I’d wait until later after contacting support.

I had this happen to me once. I was able to get around it by using another device to make the purchase. Not sure if you have another device or if this will work for you, but worth a try.
Submitting a ticket is your best bet. Beyond that, Polaris is on vacation until July, so maybe @Elliott is able to steer this in the right direction.
I too have been having this exact issue, since the last patch, I am unable to make a purchase, when I tried to send a ticket, it got an authenticity failure, and could not do so. Why is this patch so buggy? How can I fix this???
I’m so annoyed at this bug. You guys need to make this a HUGE PRIORITY. You’re losing incoming from whales on this.
I have written a professional letter to the CEO of Perblue Mr. Justin Beck today, addressing our Amazon related issues. Hopefully he will get back with with us soon and help us Amazon users catch back up.
FWIW, Amazon users get shafted on update days too. Amazon NEVER releases the update to us on time. It’s always a 1-3 hour downtime for me.

Yup, and they have no intention to compromise is Amazon users so we can catch up, I suggest you do what I did and report perblue to the better business bureau of Wisconsin.
