I still cannot proceed to the game. It keeps reconnecting but is unable to connect and says Disney Heroes is currently unavailable.

I still cannot play after 5 days. It shows the same message, unavailable.

This issue is common when your connection is poor, so most of the troubleshooting would be focused on your devices and connections as it isn’t a widespread issue.
Some basic troubleshooting questions:
- Does the device that you play on have access to cellular and WiFi networks? If so, have you attempted disabling each one individually to see if you’re able to connect to the game using the other connection type?
- If your device is WiFi only, have you attempted connecting to different WiFi networks to ensure that the issue isn’t with your network?
- Do you have the game setup on multiple devices?
3a) If so, have you attempted to access the game from multiple devices?
3b) If not, have you previously linked your game account to either your Facebook or Google account? If so, you could look to install on another device as a test or delete the app from your primary device and reinstall. - And I guess this should have been #1, but I always assume that people have tried this step by themselves, have you rebooted your device?
