Hiii everyone, I tried looking for a post about this but I didn’t found one.
I always end up my weekly quest on Friday and on Monday I collect the rewards. Well this past week I finished on Friday and Monday came and I couldn’t collect the rewards, today its Wednesday and I still have the same problem.
Is someone else experiencing this problem?
When did u try collecting yesterday? Believe you have until 5 am Tuesday to collect, so if was after 5 am yesterday, sorry u out of luck and got to wait to next week to collect.
I tried collecting Monday the day the week ends and I couldn’t. Tried yesterday and couldn’t. Tried today and couldn’t.
Hmm, don’t know what else to say other maybe try to email support and see if they can help u. Maybe they can check game logs or something and help.
I had the same issue and support told me I only have 24 hours to collect it. This doesn’t appear to be stated anywhere and support is unwilling to compensate me for the lost 3,100 stamina and 5 item rewards.
