Hi everyone! I have had a problem recently, and its in the title. I dont have bunsen and beaker yet, (sadly) and I can not get them. Why? The game always says it an event exclusive, but is never in the events I see. Is there a reason I should know?
Arena Crates, you’ll need Arena Tokens to get them.

Adding on to what @Lucky-Oswald said, the Arena crates are on a daily rotation with other types of crates (Coliseum crates, Hero Chip crates, etc.) so if you don’t see it today or you don’t get enough chips to unlock them right away, don’t worry too much as you’ll get more opportunities to get them pretty soon.
