Everytime I get promoted from Bronze IV, I end up in Bronze III. I am eternally repeating this vicious cycle of IV, III, IV, III. Is this happening to anyone else? I’m on server 10.

But… Bronze III is higher than Bronze IV.

If you get promoted from IV to III, that’s normal.
However, if you go back to IV each time or get promoted from III to IV (make sure you weren’t simply demoted), then time to send an in-game ticket for support to look at it.
Server 1 here and I’ve been stuck in gold 3 for over a month now!!! Its ridiculous
Over a month? That sound not so harsh. I’m stuck over 3 months. That is absurd.

Over here on Server 2, I’ve been stuck on Gold I in the Arena. I honestly don’t know how long I’ve been trying to progress, but it’s been at least a couple of weeks. (maybe a month?) Looking at who has been competing, it’s been pretty brutal, since it looks like nobody else can progress, either.
Maybe it’s time for an arena split?
