I purchased , spent 250$, a chromebook to play this game on and its worked great initially. Loads so much faster, waaay bigger screen, easier to heist, so much easier to chat, etc etc etc. However, about 2 updates ago i started receiving “disney heroes has stopped” and “disney heroes keeps stopping” error messages when i load the game. Takes 30 mins of non stop trying to hours once, and i was able to keep it loadable for a few days as long as i did not power down. That option is not working anymore either, and last time i got in it only lasted about 5 entries into game and i have not been able to log in since. What can i do to troubleshoot this issue , and is there something “soon” going to change about this problem? @Polaris

My guess is no, since it’s not (officially anyway) Android, iOS, or Amazon’s stuff (fireOS?)

Maybe try BlueStack and see how it works on there? If not, maybe your Google play account has an issue?
Would be a good idea to “clear data” or maybe “uninstall” and then "reinstall " the app.

Ive cleared data and uninstalled numerous times, this doesn’t seem to help at all. It worked perfectly fine several updates ago and something they did changed that all of a sudden.
