Can't switch servers

When I click on the account tab to switch servers it’s blank

I can’t get on at all let alone swap servers

I also can’t logon. Keeps saying “reconnecting”

I uninstall and reinstalled but just the same, can only access one of my seven accounts, so not able to collect stamina etc on the others

Mine was okay until about an hour ago. But I had the reloading thing going on every few minutes or so
