Since this last update I haven’t been able to open any videos. It just gives the standard “video currently unavailable check back later”
Maybe it’s an issue with your internet?

How so? I haven’t had issues before. And the videos don’t even attempt to pop up
That tends to be the main issue most of the time. I’d suggest changing your internet and if it still doesn’t work to message Perblue Support.

I don’t see how internet can be an issue if need internet/data to play the game.
Maybe try clearing internet cache. Did u reach a certain vip level? There is a vip level that allows u to just collect the rewards without seeing videos. Are u still getting the rewards without the videos playing?

Internet issue could be the issue bc most of 2.4 GHz is likely to do that
